Edie Cassady, IAYT, E-R.Y.T., is the founder of Yoga Wellness. She has been teaching and studying the therapeutic aspects of yoga since 1998. In 2016, she achieved accreditation from the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and is an experienced yoga therapist with accreditation from the American Viniyoga Institute.
