Monica Hornung is a healing arts professional well versed in a holistic approach to mind, body and spirit. As a yoga instructor for 20 years, she brings to her students a depth of experience in Hatha, Sivananda,  Ashtanga , Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa style yoga, having trained across the globe with internationally acclaimed yoga practitioners. Including a stay in the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore and Oneness University in Chennai. She has also taken teacher trainings Bharata from Yoga and Inner peace (Sivananda lineage), David Swenson ( Ashtanga), Richard Freeman( Ashtanga) and studied and taken workshops directly under K. Pattabhi Jois, R. Sharath Jois and Saraswati. She also maintains a practice as a massage therapist, specializing in neuromuscular therapy, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Trager and is certified to teach Reiki and Access Consciousness.
