Yoga for Everybody

Our mission is to offer individual and small group yoga classes for people of all ages, genders, and bodies. The ‘yoga bods’ in our logo and artwork consciously remove assumptions about age, gender, race, and body type, and the same ethos applies in classes. Rather than beginning with a ‘standard’ version of a pose (that may be inaccessible or painful to many people) and then offering ‘modifications’ for ‘those who can’t’, we start with what everyone in the class CAN do, and then explore other options accordingly. Remember, it is not your job, as the client, to make your body fit yoga. Instead, it is my job, as the teacher, to find an approach that fits your body.
