Description
Our teacher training program was created by yoga teachers who participated in over 25 yoga teacher trainings and facilitated another 14. We had a desire to offer training in a different way. In 2013 we consulted with chiropractors, medical doctors, academics and many yoga teachers. We went over each manual we had received when we went through yoga teacher training and noted what worked and didn't work. In 2015 we opened a yoga studio in Minnesota and began training teachers that spring
