Description
I can't believe the wonderful changes in my life because of having Kathy as my teacher and coach for the past year. She is well versed in a number of areas like yoga, breath work, guided visualization, bars..so that if I was at an impasse she would approach it from a different direction. She is one of the most joyful, gentle spiritual people I have ever met. Thank you so much, Kathy!
