MediYoga

Our vision is that yoga should be available everywhere in society: the healthcare, preschools, schools, workplaces, prisons and elderly care sectors.
Our strategy is linked to disseminating knowledge about Mediyoga throughout society in various ways, by training MediYoga instructors, teachers and therapists who will introduce Mediyoga into the healthcare sector. We plan to initiate and participate in research that demonstrates Medical Yoga’s effects on the body and mind, and to support the media in the provision of information on yoga and its benefits.
