I Am Yoga

Founder of I AM YOGA Wellness Studio. A Turlock native, she graduated from CSUS earning a BA in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Child Development. Continuing with her studies, she also earned Multiple Subject & Business Credentials along with being awarded her MBA. While pursuing her college education Yoga came into her life, beginning her training under the guidance of Dr. Ping Lou. She continued to pursue this new found passion that lead to earning her E-RYT500 yoga certification. She founded I AM YOGA Wellness Studio in 2008 fulfilling her desire to share her passion for Yoga. Beyond Yoga she teaches business classes to high school students. She is a passionate yogi who believes in self- love, self- care & has the ability to empower her students on & off the mat. After lower back surgeries she shifted her high energy Vinyasa practice to a, lower impact approach, specializing in lower back care.
