Escential Yoga

Melissa is registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 & Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). With her diverse training, she teaches many yoga styles, including Hatha (all levels), Core Flow, Yin & Yang, Yoga & Mobility, Restorative, children/teens, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). She also offers workshops such as Partner Yoga, Mother's Day Yoga, and her very own Bliss Yoga! She specializes in prenatal and postnatal women, including postpartum recovery and pelvic floor health, proper breathing, and postural alignment.
She teaches in studios, corporate & government sectors, schools, and daycares throughout Ottawa and Gatineau.
