Bluff Country Yoga

Michele is an experienced and knowledgeable teacher who has completed a four-year, 1000-hour Yoga Therapy program through the American Viniyoga Institute. She is accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, which recognizes her extensive yoga education, 20 years of teaching experience, and therapeutic skills. Michele specializes in low back pain and sciatica and making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
