I am forever grateful that I found yoga and meditation over 20 years ago when working in Events Management in London. The pressures and demands of the job were leaving me stressed, depleted and emotionally out of balance.
I stumbled into my local yoga class with few expectations but a hope that it would help. I left amazed and surprised that I could feel so different in such a short space of time.
