Test – Check your Yoga Quotient – How well rounded is your Yoga Practice?

Welcome to the Yoga Practice Evaluation Test. This assessment has been designed to evaluate your yoga practice based on the fundamentals of Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga. Through this test, you will gain an understanding of how well-rounded your yoga practice routines are along the eight dimensions of Ashtanga Yoga and how your practice compares with others.

It is important to note that yoga practice is heterogeneous and its dimensions vary for each individual, taking into account their mind, consciousness, nature, and Gunas. As such, there is no absolute standard for yoga practice. However, it is still crucial to understand how close your yoga practice routines and instruction are to the dimensions of the Yoga Sutra.

By taking this evaluation test, you will be able to assess your understanding of the foundational aspects of Ashtanga Yoga and identify areas that may require improvement. We hope that this test will help you deepen your understanding of yoga practice and provide you with valuable insights for further growth and development. Good luck!
