Description
A Powerful Vinyasa Yoga Flow incorporating life’s characteristics that are uniquely weaved & sequenced into Segments. The practice is done in the heat, to sweat away emotional clutter and open up to the powerful connection that exists between mind and body. All poses are adaptable to the beginning student with “build-ons” for the more avid practitioner. The series increments are 60 minutes / 75 minutes / 90 minutes.
