Personal development is a lifelong process.  It’s a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximize their potential. Although early life development and early formative experiences within the family, at school, etc. can help to shape us as adults, personal development should not stop later in life.
We specialize in developing and sharing intensive Yoga Training as support of the personal or professional life balance. We are also licensed to educate Yoga Teachers (RYT200) according to the standards of Yoga Alliance.  We believe that we have designed a very useful training based on Traditional Yoga Texts that can coach you towards a very beautiful and happy life:  Yogic Life.
