Description
Our school is taught by qualified teachers who have completed several years of training in accordance with the guidelines of the BDY (Professional Association of Yoga Teachers in Germany) and who receive regular further training. The final examination to obtain the title of yoga teacher BDY / EYU requires training with at least 720 teaching units. The training content ranges from hatha yoga, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation, medical basics and psychology to history, philosophy and the study of the source texts of yoga.
