Yoganusasanam Iyengar Yoga Centre

Yoganusasanam is a well-equipped center that comprises all the props and accessories used in Iyengar Yoga. This center is situated in the north of Delhi, and students come here from every corner of the city. It is approximately 700 sq. ft. area with wooden flooring, which also facilitates changing rooms, washrooms separately and has sufficient parking space.
Neeru Kathpal, the teacher of Yoganusasanam, is attached to this form of yoga for over 15 years. The classes here are engaging, compelling, and challenging, where the teacher guides students to go beyond their perceived limits.
