I studied with Patricia Walden for the first time in 2004 at The Yoga Journal Conference, in Boston, Ma. Began Studying exclusively in the Iyengar Method, in 2006 with The Estes Park Videos. Took my first Iyengar class series in 2007, with Elizabeth O'shea in Marblehead, MA. Then in 2008 Study weekly with only Patricia Walden. Traveled to India in 2014 to study with the Geeta Iyengar for a 10 intensive. Cathie is the founder and operator of Yogamatters, and Yogamatters Teacher Training School. With over 35 years of teaching experience, Cathie has had the opportunity to studied with some of the world's best and well known Yoga Teachers in the industry.
