Description
Life is a precious gift that should never be taken for granted. To live life to the fullest by enjoying each moment while respecting our environment and each other’s beliefs. When we stretch out on our mat we are also expanding the limits of our mental flexibility, endurance and personal power. When we sit to meditate we are cultivating a sanctuary or mini retreat from our daily life, a sacred space of living in the moment, to feel inner peace. Living in the moment means to live and observe each moment by witnessing the events in life with an open heart and equanimity. Yoga is meditation and meditation teaches us to accept all life has to offer with grace and gratitude. What we learn on our mat will guide us through our daily life. Happiness is not an option, it is our birthright!
