Description
I first came to yoga as a physical practice to recover from a running injury. Still, after attending a few classes, my way became a more integral part of my physical and emotional wellbeing. I completed my 200-hour training in Baptiste yoga in 2016 and taught vinyasa for several years before falling in love with restorative and yin yoga and myofascial release. I love these slower, more reflective practices for their impacts on the nervous system, body awareness, and mental health.
I am currently working on my 500-hour certification in Yoga Medicine.
