Yoga with a View

I first learned of yoga when I was 24 years old and pregnant with my first child. I began my daily yoga practice incorporating yoga pranayama, asanas, and meditation in 2010. Before that I had “dabbled” in yoga asanas but did not take my practice deeper than that.

I expanded my yoga practice to include my interactions with horses and discovered the “total oneness” natural horsemanship and yoga share. My personal journey to discover my true Soul now is an endeavor of personal daily practice, horse training and connection, guiding yoga classes for others both in private and group settings, sharing yoga experiences in yoga retreats, with and without the equine component, and in Yoga Teacher Training courses.

I had the great fortune to attend my first YTT with my daughter in Goleta, CA, from Sue Ann and Jim Parsons in their studio, Let It Go Yoga. From there I continued my studies in Yoga Therapy from the Andiappan Institute in Chennai, India and finished my 500 hours of YTT from the Association of Meditation and Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
