Yoga Training Australia focus on living well, thinking well, breathing well, moving well, resting well and playing well as we think these are the key to vitality and feeling well.
Due to current social distancing, now more than ever we seek to provide practices that offer deep rest, connection, self inquiry, creative expression and play and you can find a range of classes including yin yoga, yin yang flow, acuyin, myoyin, roll model method and functional yoga in our small interactive group classes. You don't need to be very internet savvy - all you need is a mobile phone, laptop or computer with wifi or internet connection - we can talk you through the rest. You are free to practice indoors or out... wherever you have internet connection!
