Yoga Soleil Levant

I discovered Yoga in 2009 via a few postures, which is after all a classic gateway to our Western countries! Then I followed the lessons of Marie-France Fumeau, direct pupil of Swami Gitananda. But the desire to know more quickly made itself felt. And hop, direction Pondicherry in South India. My stay at Ananda Ashram (ICYER) lasted 6 months. Intense stay where personal development and professional training were intertwined. Gratified by the sweet Indian name of Sowmya, I returned to France to share this yogic experience.
