Embrace Energy Yoga School is registered yoga school from Yoga Alliance, United States. Our School offer 100 hours, 200 hours, 300 hours yoga and 500 hours yoga Yoga Teacher Training Course in Thailand. Our school is founded in 2010 by Yogi Lalit (from Rishikesh, the Capital of Yoga) and his partners with love and peace. We provide a supporting and nurturing learning environment to help our students achieve their greatness spiritual life to always reach for Happy Life and Healthy Life.
