Description
Since 2017 I have been teaching a practice of Hata Yoga in which I report my personal experience and my years of study. Through a simple language and a playful, joyful and attentive approach to the biomechanics of the body, I lead the students into a safe space in which to experience their own body and intimacy. Deeply convinced that yoga practice is for all those who wish to experience it, I decided to teach mainly to small groups of students and to also propose individualized paths.
