Yoga Garden SF

Yoga Garden SF was founded in 1998 as Castro Yoga. In 2004 the studio moved to its current location and changed its name to Yoga Garden SF.

Since inception, the owners and teachers of Yoga Garden SF have explored the relationship between traditional yoga styles—in particular, Iyengar, Ashtanga and vinyasa—to effectively share the benefits of the practice to the community.
