Classes at Yoga Cville are an invigorating practice of asanas (postures), emphasizing strength, flexibility, awareness, and deep relaxation with appropriate adjustments for all levels of fitness and experience.
Classes are taught in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar, world-renowned Hatha yoga teacher and
author of the classic text “Light on Yoga.” Students benefit from time spent with teachers who are knowledgeable, instructionally precise, and supportive of the needs of yogis who may be new, returning or wanting to deepen their practice of yoga.
