In private sessions, we look at your unique movement and breath holding patterns, and work together to nurture more functional patterns so you can progress towards your goal, whether it is to reduce pain, build strength, manage energy level, or to release tension. Movement therapy is suitable for people of all levels of mobility and experiences. I work with people who are athletic to those who have been inactive. Movement therapy is complementary to other therapies. Come with a curiosity to explore and be in your body.
