Waking Yoga was founded by Austin yoga teacher Jenn Wooten. Jenn is a certified yoga therapist and yoga educator who has studied yoga and mindfulness for over 20 years. She has been a teacher, mentor and group facilitator in the Austin yoga community since 2004. Jenn has created a unique approach to yoga trainings and retreats that create trauma-informed and culturally aware creates spaces for people to have life-transforming experiences. This is Waking Yoga.
Waking Yoga brings together highly skilled and heart-centered yoga teachers, educators, and healers in the Austin yoga community. Waking Yoga trainings and retreats help students learn to respond more skillfully to life’s stressors so they can live more courageously in pursuit of their dreams.
