Our mission is to share and spread our knowledge of Yoga. We do this through practical and theory classes that expound on the practice of yoga, its principles, and its benefits. We offer modifications tailored to suit your needs and lifestyle to help you enjoy regular and sustained practice. We conduct Yoga and Yoga Therapy sessions for our students in groups or on an individual basis. We also conduct training programs, workshops, seminars and conferences related to Yoga, Healing, Fitness and General Well-being.
Our main focus is the development of the individual.In order to provide holistic wellness, we collaborate with experts in the field of chanting, Vedanta, and traditional healing methods such as thodu varmam. We are tied to our traditional hatha yoga roots, while we develop and introduce our students to vinyasa krama (flow techniques) and viniyoga.
