Description
When I was growing up, I danced competitively on multiple dance teams and performing company. In college, I attended a yoga class for two reasons: 1. I was a ballerina and thought yoga would come naturally and 2. to help with digestion. Yoga delivered on all of this and way more than I could imagine. Once I realized yoga was not exercise, but and inward practice, the benefits grew exponentially. Learning the deeper practice led me to Ayurveda (the medical science behind yoga) and energy work (Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki).
I love being a mom of boys, biking, hiking, camping, sewing and being artistic, organizing everything in life with Microsoft Excel and most of all… spending time with family and friends.
