Tree Pose
Vṛkṣāsana, or Tree Pose, is a standing balancing posture that strengthens the legs, improves concentration, and promotes a sense of calm and rootedness. It imitates the strong, steady stance of a tree – with one leg as the "trunk" and the arms as "branches." This asana is ideal for enhancing balance, posture, and inner awareness.
