Description
Jackie walked away from her first yoga class in 2007 knowing that she had found something life-changing. Since that class, yoga has been a central part of Jackie's personal growth and spiritual exploration. She completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014, and is currently working on her 300-hour certification at Kripalu Yoga Center of Yoga and Health in Massachusetts. Jackie teaches yoga to help people feel strong, clear-eyed, and inspired to take action for better world. Jackie is playful in her approach to teaching, but still expect her Vinyasa classes to be strong! The challenging postures she offers are always balanced, however, with a grounding opening and a calming savasana. Aside from yoga, Jackie stays grounded and happy growing her own vegetables and herbs, cooking, entertaining, riding her bike, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
