Charlotte is a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). Her formal Ayurvedic education began at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and continues with Advanced Ayurved (training with Boston Ayurveda Inc.) to manage the body, senses, mind, and spirit. She is fascinated by the mind’s influence on everything and is the first American graduate of AyurVedic Psychology with Jessica Richmond (and Bapaji: Dr. Satyanarayana Dasa).
An experienced 500 hour Ayurveda Yoga Teacher (E-RYT and CE provider through Yoga Alliance), Charlotte began her 200-hour training with Shri Yoga Training and became a 500-hour AYT through the Kripalu School of Yoga. She continues her yoga training with Yoga Medicine and Kripalu.
