Hatha Yoga Classes are slow paced and mindful, balancing both strength and flexibility. Instructors emphasize breath, posture, alignment and mindful movement. Students are encouraged to modify poses as necessary, and to work at their own level, building strength, flexibility, and balance over time. This is an all levels yoga class, in a very non-intimidating environment, suitable for beginners, that currently have an exercise regime.
