Description
From an early age Alana had a great interest in Eastern philosophy and long-distance travel. She came into contact with yoga around the age of 21, and it soon became clear to her that yoga was a great way to be more vital, happier and more aware in life. That's why she eventually decided to leave her career and follow her passion.
From a holistic vision she wants to guide people to the best version of themselves, through yoga and meditation classes, training, coaching and workshops.
She followed her yoga training in India with various training courses, master classes & workshops in the Netherlands. She teaches hatha, yin, vinyasa and core flow yoga, meditation and makes her own care products.
