The Center for Ayurveda Biology & Holistic Nutrition is researching a collaborative, trans-disciplinary approach to biology and nutrition for drug discovery and developing future foods.Research in the Centre is guided by Traditional Knowledge and current health and nutrition needs. Theoretical understanding of TM concepts is coupled with rigorous scientific experimentation involving chemistry, biology, food processing and analytics to generate leads for efficient use of TM for fulfilling contemporary health and nutrition needs and translating them into products and outreach programs.
