Marti Angel, "The Om Diva", is a leading teacher and college professor of vinyasa, flow, and Tribal-Latin Fusion Yoga! She began her life of dance and movement at the age of four with ballet and flamenco. She continued with her love of ballet folkorico while attending SDSU as a modern dance major; Where she introduced this form of dance to the dance community. Her long stint as a dancer of Mexican traditional folklorico, flamenco, and modern dance come together as an expression of movement that is meant to free the body and move the soul.An intuitive yoga teacher, Tribal-Latin Fusion Yoga emerged through Marti's intention to bring contemporary and folkloric exploration to the dance of our life force-"prana shakti", which is at the heart of yoga's ancient unfolding.
