Samantha spent many years searching for a fitness routine that would keep her motivated to exercise on a regular basis: aerobics, running, walking; nothing held her interest for more than a couple of months. Boredom would set in and she would give up. All of that changed when she took her first yoga class in 2006. The simple desire to incorporate fitness into her life evolved into something much bigger than she ever imagined. Yoga helps Samantha stay physically fit, while keeping her grounded and balanced off the mat as well
