Welcome to the Happyness Center: a community-based mental health and wellness center that offers safe, effective and accessible holistic health services.

We believe that true happiness brings soul-level lasting joy and peacefulness, and that we are all capable of achieving this true mental health through practice. We believe life-long mental wellness is only possible by having a true knowledge and understanding of Self, and learning to look inward for the answers to ones questions. Our ultimate goal is to help you in finding your way to, and giving you the tools you need for, a healthy state of mind both now and for the rest of your life.
