Description
Yoga is a mindful practice that helps build strength and flexibility. Our classes are designed for every level. We make yoga a fun and enriching experience. We offer many kinds of Yoga for your body. All classes are for all levels. Slower moving classes would be Just Yoga, Deep Yoga and Yin Yoga. A more invigorating practice would be Power Yoga. We also offer Heated Yoga with a studio heated to 85 degrees with FAR Infrared Heat Panels and a power yoga format.
