I’m Stacie Joy. Most days you can find me in South Denver stretched out on my yoga mat, chasing after my 4-year-old daughter, or curled up with a good book while she sleeps. I’m pretty good at sneaking away for a few quiet minutes alone with the sunset, which helps settle me into the end of the day (bonus if I can get in a few yoga poses!). I love serving the world by sharing yoga with others that also struggle with anxiety and depression. It wasn’t until I started practicing to heal my own anxious mind that I began to understand the connection between our nervous system, our emotions, and how our bodies store trauma. I am most passionate about guiding others that struggle with emotional distress towards the healing capabilities that lie within our incredible bodies.
