Description
Shivsiddh Yogpeeth is named combining two words that are “shiva” & “siddhi”. Lord Shiva is known as the first yogi and pure consciousness. So shiva represents pure ‘consciousness’ or ‘knowledge’, the state where one gets over to the duality of materialism and unites to the pure and only true knowledge. Reaching to the above-mentioned state also shows the meaning of the second word “siddhi”, which means accomplishment. The accomplishment of reaching to know Shiva, pure consciousness is the path of yoga. The clarification on the meaning of the name shows the importance of understanding the knowledge of Yoga from the roots and also to keep a clear vision of the motive of the practitioners or learners. The name keeps us always motivated to dedicate ourselves always towards our goal which is not only to train people just physically but also to dig a deep impact in their mental and spiritual balance so that they can grow in all aspects.
