For more than 13 years ShivaShakti has been offering authentic yoga and meditation trainings and retreats with a spirit-centered focus, drawing from the wisdom traditions of Hatha Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology. ShivaShakti is an international yoga school that offers trainings, retreats, workshops and classes both online and at enchanting locations worldwide. Our current offerings comprise a host of online certification and Yoga Alliance-approved Continuing Ed courses including trainings in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama & Meditation, Ayurvedic Yoga, Yogic Philosophy, Yoga with Seniors, Prenatal Yoga and more. We also offer in-person and live virtual retreats focusing on meditation and yoga, as well as regular Satsangs (online and in-person). Vedic Astrology sessions and Ayurvedic healing services are also available online.
