Steps and Description
- Sit in vajrasana and take few deep breathes.
- Make your legs little apart from each other.
- Lift your hands up and straight, stretch with stretching your abdomen and back.
- Bend slowly and place your palms on the wile stretching and bring the chest and abdomen to the the floor.
- Hold the position for as long as you can and take few deep breathes.
- Return to the starting position and relax.

- Keep your spine and hands stretched.
- Don't expand your legs too much.
Cautions and Limitations
- Go gently into the final position.
- Don't twist your spine beyond the capacity.
- Avoid facial contortions and excessive shaking of the body.
- Proceed carefully and only under expert guidance.
- At the slightest sign of discomfort, reduce the duration of practice and, if necessary, discontinue the practice for the day.
- Practice should never be rushed.
