Description
Yoga is so much more than twisting your body into a pretzel. It is a philosophy and a way of life with non-violence at its core. It is a journey to seek contentment and enlightenment in all aspects of life. Yoga is about finding your breath, being present in the moment, and gaining knowledge and acceptance of experiences manifested as muscle tension, emotions and “dis-eases”. It is my hope that through this site and through conversation and practice with me that I can help you find your inner peace, just as I continue to find my inner peace as I establish myself as a Family Nurse Practitioner Comprehensive Yoga Therapist.
