Description
Sarah is interested in practices that clarify and shape how we relate to our inner life and to our relationships, of all kinds. Her teaching is centered around embodied inquiry, anchored by the breath & draw on all 8 limbs of yoga and buddha dharma, including meditation techniques, ethical actions & cultivation of insight. Her teaching is heavily influenced by her own sitting meditation practice, work as a professional contemporary dancer, family life, and her brilliant teachers. Sarah’s passion is lit by how yoga & buddhist practices intersect with intimate relationships, creative practices, social and environmental justice movements, and being a messy complex person living in a modern world that needs us.
