Rudra Mudra is a symbolic yogic hand gesture (hasta mudra) that is believed to activate the solar plexus (Manipura Chakra), energizing the body and restoring inner balance. It involves touching the tips of the index and ring fingers to the tip of the thumb while the other fingers remain extended. This mudra is known to boost willpower, enhance digestion, and alleviate fatigue.
