Here we offer Yoga and meditation courses of different duration for those who would like to be equipped with tools that enable them to lead a happier and healthier life. You could choose the one according to your need. The Introductory course (3 days) and the intermediate course(6 days) are useful for beginners and experienced alike who would like to learn yoga practices as well as the principles, theories and philosophies behind them, in order to have a clear understanding and experience of them.
