I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor at the Intermediate Junior II certification level. I have practiced Iyengar Yoga for 30 years and taught for 27. My Primary teachers along this path have been Lois Steinberg and Mary Dunn, both world renowned Senior Iyengar Yoga Teachers. I also bring creative disciplines and experiences to my approach from a background of deep study in Creative writing, Classical Upright Bass Performance, Theater Production, and perhaps less obviously connected, though absolutely connected, all branches of residential painting
