We provide group and individual sessions which can be experienced Virtually or In-person.Our Offerings include Meditation, Mindfulness, Sound Healing, Energy clearing with singing bowls, Pranayama breathing, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), Yoga Asanas (postures), Yoga Therapy, Yoga Philosophy, Ayurvedic cooking and more.
The practices of yoga, meditation and pranayama breathing are some of the most effective methods of re-charging the mind and body while releasing stress, anxiety and tension, thus improving overall mental and physical health.
