Description
Most of our classes are simply listed as “Yoga” on the schedule. Our teachers lead custom designed, breath-based classes that are suitable for all levels of experience. Many of our yoga class styles could be described as therapeutic Vinyasa. Vinyasa means “Breath synchronized movement.” In class, we will use flowing sequences to warm the body, giving ourselves the ability to reach new levels of strength, power, flexibility and peace in our poses and practice. The strength of Vinyasa is in its diversity. There is no set series that teachers must follow, so there is room for the individual personality and skill of each teacher to meet the students right where they are at.
